We provide logistics and freight services across the UAE and GCC, and also manage global shipments through Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation based on client requirements.
2. Processing & Lead Time
- Production and dispatch timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, and printing requirements.
- Estimated production timeline for custom non-woven bags: 3–14 working days, depending on order volume.
- Express production and priority delivery options are available upon request (additional charges apply).
3. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges depend on destination, shipment volume, and mode of transport.
- Free or discounted delivery may be available for bulk or long-term logistics contracts.
4. Customs Clearance & Cargo Handling
For international shipments:
- Clients must provide accurate customs documentation.
- Duties, VAT, customs fees, demurrage, and inspection charges are borne by the client.
- Customs clearance timelines are subject to government authority processing.
5. Delivery Responsibility
- Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the courier or logistics provider.
- Vectra Hub International is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier scheduling.
6. Tracking & Updates
- Shipment tracking details will be provided where applicable.
- For local deliveries, updates may be shared via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or no response:
- Re-delivery charges may apply.
- Storage or waiting charges may apply after a grace period.
8. Shipment Inspection
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
