2. Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of many products and services, printed, branded, or special-order items cannot be returned once approved and produced.
Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The delivered product does not match the confirmed order specifications.
- Goods are damaged during delivery (proof required within 48 hours).
- A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed by our quality team.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be approved only if:
- Vectra Hub International is unable to fulfill the confirmed order.
- The cancellation request is approved prior to production or service execution.
- Both parties mutually agree under exceptional circumstances.
Refund Method:
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or the original payment method.
- Processing time: 90–120 working days after refund approval, subject to banking and compliance procedures.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
- Custom printed, branded, or approved artwork orders.
- Executed logistics services including trucking, air freight, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Government fees, duties, fines, documentation, or third-party charges.
5. Claims & Reporting
All claims related to delivery, damage, or service issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with supporting images or videos.
6. Policy Amendments
Vectra Hub International FZ-LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version published on our website shall be considered valid.
